- Add Stories
- We should consider a more effective way of differentiating groups, perhaps through color-coding (or some other method) instead of just the EDC curators’ bold arrow as it is now.
- trending posts can be below that
- Remove stats
- Think about something other than discussion posts for the landing page
- Tags function is good as filters for navigation and organizing – conv is networked
- The heading of security assurance might not be adequate because we don’t have robust encryption and warrant canaries
- Maybe add links to newsletters (+checkout latest newsletter, which would also have the latest events)
- Twitter feed
- Signing up should be displayed prominently
- Survey
Resend to increase participation in the survey (all ten people who submitted we know)
Newsletter can also be a space for people to sign up
What are we giving you to make you sign up? Political and scholarly discussions are on Twitter, the news is in the news, and social may be Facebook
Maybe EDC’s addition is more relevant to professional space and networking and so we can capitalize on resource banks
