CSX Coal Terminal Permit Hearing

On Aug 29th, 2024 the Maryland Department of Environment released a draft permit for the CSX Coal Terminal to operate despite receiving evidence of the presence of coal dust throughout the neighboring community of Curtis Bay. Join the South Baltimore Community Land Trust and the Community of Curtis Bay Association to ensure that everyone has an opportunity to engage in this public process and make their voice heard. The hearing will be held at 1630 Filbert St, Baltimore MD 21226 at 6pm.
