About the Climatebase Fellowship:
The Climatebase Fellowship is our flagship program designed to help talented, mission-driven professionals accelerate their careers in climate — whether you’re trying to land your next job, level up, or start something of your own.
Across eight cohorts, we’ve seen firsthand how the Fellowship has helped Fellows land new roles, launch startups, build ambitious projects, and form friendships that last well beyond the program itself.

Key dates + why to apply nowWhy apply now: Admissions decisions are made on a rolling basis and spots are limited. We receive thousands of applications each cohort, and we often fill the cohort before we can review late applications — so we recommend applying as soon as possible.
If you plan to request need-based financial aid, it’s even more important to apply early due to limited funds.
