<p>Wondering if anyone is into brewing kombucha? I&#8217;ve explored making leather and fruit roll ups from the scoby (symbiotic colony of bacteria &amp; yeast) that ferments it! hoping to discuss topics relating to experimentation with bacterial culture here. 🙂</p>
