Hello wonderful climate storytellers! I wanted to share an incredible new short horror film about micro-plastics that is currently crowdfunding: Micro-Plastination.

“[A] recent study found plastics in the blood of 17 of 22 healthy blood donors” (National Geographic)

Micro-Plastination explores the horror of the ever-present fact that plastics are all around and in us. What happens when they start showing through our skin and killing us from the inside?

When a woman is awoken by a dying creature that’s mutilated by plastics, she tries to help, only to discover that the contaminated water in her apartment may be leading her to her own demise.

This short film could not have been possible without the work of our wonderful cast, crew, and post (which includes our very own Josh Nodiff), but especially our director and co-producers: Aspen Nelson, Chloe Smallwood, and Julie Souza. To be able to pay our cast and crew, as well as, post-production for a longer cut and a festival run we have launched our crowdfunding campaign.

To make this campaign successful we need YOUR help!

      1. Sign up to learn more about our film through our campaign!

      2. Donate, so that we can reach our fundraising goal!

      3. Please spread the word! Share the campaign with your friends, family, and your network.

Thank you for taking the time to read about the horror short film: Micro-Plastination and we hope to have your support in this indie production.
