Hi everyone! Please join Vital Matters for our Whose Earth (Day)? events at the Ivy Bookshop:
(and learn more about us at http://www.vitalmatters.net)
Sunday April 21st, BOTH EVENTS ARE FREE
For kids and the whole family: Songs for Superheroes with Mama Ama Circle Time (Sanahara Ama Chandra), 10 a.m.-11:30 a.m.
A concert and singalong and featuring songs from Steven Universe. (It won’t let me post two links on here, but there is a separate eventbrite page for the kids’ program)
For change shapers of the more adult variety: we are launching our new series, Books for the Future with a conversation and some doings around Octavia Butler’s Parable Books. 12-1:30 p.m. This is for people familiar with these books. You can also buy them at the Ivy and join us for a later event.
Join us in asking how we can use the teachings of Earth Seed to help us here and now, in the actual 2024 and beyond.
