Exciting news! We've just launched a new feature on our online community platform: emoji reactions inspired by different elements of the natural world. We're hoping to make our online collective experience more ecologically-centered, vibrant and expressive. Whether you’re liking a post, feeling happy, sad, angry, or just stunned, there’s a reaction to share. Read more about these new features in this post by EDC curator Mike Degani, and please give them a try! 🌿🌻🐸🥀🔥🦋

REMINDER: Join us next week for an exciting conversation with renowned environmental artist Mary Mattingly. Mattingly tackles sustainability, climate change, and displacement through photography, performance, portable architecture, and sculptural ecosystems. This virtual event on our platform will be led by Kristine Roome, curator of our ECO-ARTS group, on Monday, April 29th, 4-5:30 pm ET.

REMINDER: The EDC Book Club continues next week with a discussion of Anthony Galluzzo’s new book, Against the Vortex: Zardoz and Degrowth Utopias in the Seventies and Today. Author Anthony Galluzzo will be joining us for a chat about this short and intriguing book, together with EDC curators Mike Degani and Anand Pandian. Join us on Tuesday, April 30th at 1pm ET.
