This publication emerges from a shared recognition that toxicity has become a defining condition of our time, manifesting through chemical pollution and environmental degradation, as well as social inequities, extractive economies, institutional violence, and systems that erode collective care. In such a moment, the work of ecological design must move beyond diagnosing harm and toward cultivating the practices, relationships, and imaginaries capable of countering it.
